All eyewear purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase, including frame style and shipping information.

We understand that fit can vary by individual. If you experience issues with sizing or comfort, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.

In select cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.

 

Damages and issues
